Equipment installations & changes |
|
For every equipment installation or
changeover that is booked we will contact your location approx. 24
hours before we are due, to give you an approximate time of arrival in
order to arrange convenient access and for any staff with keys to be
present. Equipment movement forms will be completed for all
installations and changes including all meter readings, serial
numbers, cash keys, float levels and all cashbox money transfers or
collections. All installation staff carry Identification Cards for
inspection on arrival for added security. Changes of equipment can
normally be completed within 7-10 days from request. |

Repair Service |
|
At Automatic Machine Services Ltd we
operate a very prompt and responsive repair service for all of the
equipment that we supply. This is the important back-bone of any
machine supply and we pride ourselves on the high standards that we
achieve in this part of our business. As soon as your fault has been
reported, we guarantee to have a fully trained technician at your
location within TWO HOURS to ensure downtime is kept to an
absolute minimum. |

All technicians carry an extensive range
of spares and specialised equipment to resolve any breakdowns on the
first attempt with minimum disruption. They also complete a service
Report Form for every job attended, detailing the fault reported and
work carried out including replacement parts. All technicians carry
Identification Cards for inspection on arrival for added security.
This service is available every day of the year except Christmas day. |

Collections & Payments |
|
Payment for equipment can be in either
of the following formats: |

Monthly Standing Order
B.A.C.S. payment – Electronically from your bank to our bank |

Alternatively, we have fully trained and
competent collection staff who can visit your location on a regular
timescale and carry out a full collection service for any equipment we
have supplied. This will include the completion of an industry
standard collection receipt, clarifying meter readings, coin and note
takings, VAT, licence and PPL duties, rental or shares terms and all
cash left on site. Included in this procedure is the process of
topping up any float levels to ensure effective running of your
equipment and precise performance reports. All collection staff carry
Identification Cards for added security. |

Account Management |
|
Our dedicated accounts department are
always on hand to clarify any queries you may have regarding your
account and can deal with all of your Licence and permit applications
and renewals. If at any time you require confirmation of equipment
performance, Automatic Machine Services Ltd can provide a number of
detailed reports for analysis. |

Technical Services |
|
At Automatic Machine Services Ltd we are
constantly responding to manufactures advice with regards to software
updates and improvements. You are guaranteed that any equipment you
have installed will be fitted with the latest software versions as
soon as they become available to our technical department. These
updates are to prevent any possible errors and improve game play and
machine performance and are integral to successful machine supply and
management. |
