Pool Table Maintenance Technician

To support our growing business, Automatic Machine Services Limited, the leading independent suppliers of gaming and amusement equipment throughout the South East, are looking for a Pool Table Maintenance Technician to join our company to cover the South East of England based from our depot in Kemsing, Kent. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Visit on a regular basis all pool table customers to carry our routine maintenance
  • Assess cloth and table condition in order to schedule recovers, further work or upgrades
  • Recover equipment on site and depot stock to our high standards
  • Have sufficient skills to carry out other equipment updates on site
  • This role includes regular manual lifting and manoeuvring of large equipment.

  • Upholstery Skills
  • Carpentry DIY Skills
  • Passionate about High Standards of Work

In addition, you will have

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with both customers and members of the public
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • A full driving licence and the confidence to drive to new locations daily, as well as drive a delivery van on occasion
  • The ability to work unsupervised and to manage your time effectively
  • The ability to comply with Health and Safety requirements and undertake a significant amount of manual handling.

AV Installation Technician

To support our growing business, Automatic Machine Services Limited, the leading independent suppliers of gaming and amusement equipment throughout the South East, are looking for an AV Installation Technician to join our company to cover the South East of England, based from our depot in Kemsing, Kent.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out initial site Surveys
  • Workshop equipment testing
  • Preparation and complete on-site installations

Your Profile

  • Competent DIY skills
  • Experience of neat and tidy wiring installations

In addition, you will have

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with both customers and members of the public
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • A full driving licence and the confidence to drive to new locations daily, as well as drive a delivery van on occasion
  • The ability to work unsupervised and to manage your time effectively
  • The ability to comply with Health and Safety requirements and undertake a significant amount of manual handling.
