Equipment Installations & changeovers
Every equipment installation or changeover that is due to take place, a member of our team will contact you approx. 24 hours before to give you an approx. time of arrival for convenient access and to ensure any staff who may be key holders are present. Equipment Movement Forms are completed for all movements which state all meter readings, stock numbers, cash key numbers, float level information and all cashbox money details. All installation & changeover staff carry AMS Identification Cards ready for inspection on arrival for added security and we will always offer to explain the new equipment to you and answer any questions you may have.
Technical Repair Service
At AMS, we operate arguably the most responsive and effective repair service in our industry for all of the equipment which we supply. This is the most important back-bone of any machine supply company and we pride ourselves on the high standards that we achieve in this vital part of our business. As soon as your fault has been reported, we aim to have a fully trained service technician at your location within two hours to ensure all machine downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. All service technicians carry an extensive range of spares and specific equipment to resolve the majority of breakdowns on the very first attempt with minimum disruption. We also use the very latest digital Service Management system to record and monitor all service calls to ensure the level of response and repair rate is always first class. All service technicians carry AMS Identification Cards for inspection on arrival for added security. Our repair service is available every day of the year except for Christmas day.
We offer a regular, reliable and comprehensive collections service with our fully trained and trusted cash collectors. Using the very latest hand-held devices together with portable bluetooth printers, every piece of equipment that is emptied will have a detailed receipt for all cash in box, Machine Games Duty (MGD), VAT, rent or shares and or any other aspect relating to the specific terms. All meters are recorded and all floats (coins) will also be topped-up to ensure machine performance is maximised. Our cash collectors also carry AMS Identification Cards for inspection on arrival for added security.
Our dedicated Business Development Managers (BDMs) will regularly visit you at your location to give you advice on the equipment supplied as well as information on any new products that may better suit your business. BDMs will also inform you of any developments within our industry which could enhance your income levels. Reports can also be produced to assist equipment analysis to ensure that at all times you maximise your income and you have the very best suited equipment for your customer base.
Based in our office in Kemsing, our dedicated and professional accounts department are always on hand to clarify any queries you may have regarding your account. They can also assist with any questions you may have relating to Machine Games Duty (MGD), VAT and any recent cash collections.
We are constantly responding to manufactures and industry advice with regard to software updates and improvements to machine security. You are guaranteed that any equipment you have supplied by AMS will be fitted with the latest software versions and anti-fraud security as soon as they become available. These updates are paramount to prevent any possible errors or faults and to improve game play and machine performance as they are integral to successful machine supply and management. All equipment has to pass many stringent tests and set up to the specific requirements of our customers before it is deemed ready to be delivered to any location, to ensure it works perfectly when installed.
Pool Table Services
Every AMS Pool Table receives a regular valet by our dedicated Pool Table Service Team to ensure your table is in top condition at all times. On every visit the Pool Table is fully opened, the slate-bed and cushions are cleaned and brushed, the baulk line is re-marked, spots, cue tips and pocket liners are checked and replaced if required and Pool Table is levelled. The inner workings are also checked in order to prevent any future problems. The Pool Table Service is free of charge to all AMS Pool Table customers.
